Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging the services of J Daniels Cleaning ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("client" or "customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling or using our cleaning services.

2. Services

J Daniels Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services as described on our website and in service agreements. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled through our website, by phone, or email. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for scheduling and rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

4. Access to Property

You agree to provide reasonable access to your property at the scheduled cleaning time. If our staff cannot access your property for the scheduled service, a cancellation fee may apply. For regular clients, we can discuss key arrangements or secure access options.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments. For recurring services, we may offer subscription billing options. Overdue accounts may be subject to late fees of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.

6. Pricing

Prices are based on the size of the property, condition, and specific services requested. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the actual conditions differ significantly from what was described when booking. We will communicate any price adjustments before proceeding with service.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will re-clean the unsatisfactory areas at no additional cost. This guarantee does not apply to issues outside our control or areas not included in the original service agreement.

8. Liability

While we take great care with your property and possessions, J Daniels Cleaning's liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. We are insured for property damage directly caused by our staff during cleaning services. We must be notified of any damages within 24 hours of service completion.

9. Exclusions

Unless specifically agreed upon, our standard cleaning services do not include:

- Moving heavy furniture or appliances
- Cleaning of exterior windows
- Hazardous materials cleanup
- Pest control services
- Deep cleaning of heavily soiled areas (additional charges may apply)
- Cleaning of valuable or fragile collectibles

10. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

- Securing valuables prior to our arrival
- Informing us of any special handling instructions for items in the home
- Ensuring pets are secured safely
- Providing adequate utilities (water, electricity) necessary for cleaning

11. Recurring Services

For recurring service agreements, either party may terminate with 7 days' written notice. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice for recurring services.

12. Privacy

We respect your privacy and will handle all client information according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in that policy.

13. Changes to Terms

J Daniels Cleaning reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
